Re: REPORT: Lousy day at the London Stadium
But it might help your case if he was ripping things up elsewhere, yet currently he is a dead loss for both Newcastle (who look like relegation candidates) and ROI.
You are missing the real answer which is in actual fact, we require better players than we already have and Hendrick.

Re: January Transfer Window Discussion - Rumours and Links welcome
I do think of late we are having problems in the midfield areas too. The quality of delivery in to the box hasn't been good enough. Compounded by the fact that when good chances do arrive, they are being missed. The cup game of course being an eye opener as to how out of form our current strikers ar...

While Amazon's commentary was inaccurate, they aren't expected to be experts on Burnley, and ultimately there are going to be much bigger issues ahead for the new board to get in a tiz about.

Re: Burnley v Manchester United - Match Thread
Wood, and to a lesser extent Barnes, are becoming a big problem for Dyche. There was absolutely no outlet second half with those two on the field and we desperately need more pace and invention in that area.
Is it terminal for Wood? No, I don't think so, but he's a player desperately out of form.

Or the manager realises Wood is a better bet than Vydra that generally we all can see All things being equal yes, but does that mean Wood plays regardless of how he's playing? I don't agree with that. Hopelessly out of form and needs hooking. And if Vydra isn't then good enough to have a go then we...

It is interesting that with Brendan Flood, all many people want to focus on are the perceived negatives. This is a bloke who gave his time, money and focus to the club for 14 years. Without his money and decisions there was likely no Premier League football the first time round. And in the fullness ...

Sad to see his decline but to be honest the rumour was he wasn't such a great bloke around the club and his behaviour in some of his games against us for QPR left a taste too.

Sorry, but the issue is more nuanced than a simple "they should know what they are getting themselves in to". It is a lot easier to assess damage to limbs, less so the brain. Generally our outstanding performances on the road have come with super work effort but a superb display from one or a couple of players.
We can beat Arsenal on Sunday..but it is going to take one or two from the likes of Dwight, Brady, JayRod and Wood to really raise their games.
