Re: Hypothetical transfers

Of course I’m gonna make a direct comparison between Burnley and Brentford when a couple of clowns come along and try and tell me how we should be doing what they do. They have in no way whatsoever done better than us in the transfer market over the past 7 years. How many players have they actually...

Re: Hypothetical transfers

With the exception of Knight, possibly, I can’t really see any of these signing for Burnley. I can’t say I know too much about Dozell tbh. Dyche wouldn’t approve the majority, and I very much doubt our new board would sanction the likes of Sturridge and/or Morrison. I am assuming you mean Oli Burke...

It’s not the footy manager game..... Daniel Sturridge and Ravel Morrison... :)
I know that, but both are on frees and both want to be in the North West. We’re a safe option and I think they’d both add value to the club.

I'm not even convinced that Mee or Tarks not playing was the biggest problem tonight. They're great defenders, but they don't usually create our chances. We were poor as an attacking force tonight, and Jay Rod's miss was the worst of the lot. I hear your point, but I do think that Tarks would’ve ca...

People were genuinely telling me that Stephens is better (at the moment) than Brownhill a few weeks back.

I know a broken footballer who’s going through the motions. I’ve seen lots of them.

Stephens needs to take up his coaching badges, or wander to league one and play.

What stands out to me about the second half display vs Brighton. 1. McNeil & JBG started the match on the wings. in 442 wing play is always important for attacking and these two are our best wingers. It was a really good performance but, it was Brighton, not Leicester, Chelsea, or even Everton. Three of our players had their best games for us. I wish that could happen every game. Exactly this, we’d get opened up like a Kardashian on camera if we tried to play even 15 yards further up the pitch.
