Re: Your favourite FA Cup tie
At Chelsea in 1970, 2 down but we never gave up, special memories watching it unfold from the open terrace behind the goal……. a mud splattered Ralphie bursting through and Dobbo equalising….Magical.

Re: My first Burnley game ....
West Ham away 66-67, lost 3-2 Willie Morgan and Brian O’Neil (header from a corner). First game at TM in new cricket field stand won 3-1 v Sunderland 1969-70 Frank Casper 2 Steve Kindon (I think). Gordon Harris was playing for Sunderland.

June 1973 Central Hall, Chatham, Kent.
As well as all of the Ziggy album, I remember he played acoustic Space Oddity with spotlight on strobe mirror ball reflecting stars over our heads.
Best song for me 5 years with Queen Bitch a close 2nd.

Brilliant to see this, makes me wonder if there is any film from the 65-66 season apart from Spurs in the Cup.

Re: Have you ever left a Clarets game early?
Watford away 71-72 missed Casper scoring consolation. Lost 3-1 I think, remember Geoff Nulty heading against the post early on. More recently Ipswich at home on the day the skydivers dropped in/on the Cricket Field stand!

Re: ARTICLE: Cobbled end of the M65 is OK
Brilliant Dave, will never forget 'the bucket' greeting me in 87 before the Wrexham home game (precious point gained that day 0-0). All we wanted then was for the club to survive.....what's happening now is just unbelievable. UTC
