Perhaps one day the PL will be expanded a bit from 20 up by letting others apply to enter. I haven’t read all the posts but if Everton receive a further points reduction presumably that will not be know until next season which seems wrong if they as looks likely stay up this season. If they appeal, it would be concluded the week or so after the season end. And apply to the current season
