That was hard to watch. So many people are faced with waking up to the worry of no food everyday, not just in Burnley but countrywide/worldwide and it just shouldn't be like that in these modern times. Clearly not a direct head on, probably even more acute than the 45 degrees I mentioned earlier. It’s clear from the skid marks.

I agree the Halo did it’s job, but you have to reconsider circuit design if a car can impact the barrier with that angle of attack - some serious questions need asking there

For photos you can’t go far wrong with Gimp https://www.gimp.org/

For video, it depends on what you want to produce, there are some good free packages out there, but I’ve used Premiere from the Adobe suite - which ticks so many boxes. It’s been a few years though, so there may better options now.
