Yeah and don't forget the day after we were relegated not many on here would have named many of our signings as targets. Still at any level the hardest and most expensive thing to do is score goals, we have not addressed that properly as yet.

Where will we finish ?

How many points will we get ?

Who will be the top goalscorer ?

What will be the 2 correct scores be against Rovers ?

Who will be our player of the season ?

Will VK still be in charge of our last game of the 2022 - 2023 season ?

Try and accept its a new club being run like nothing to compare with in the past. Put the history and past in the memory box even think of it as a new club. If you can accept that, new club, new owners, new manager, new team, 1st time in championship and all of a sudden the expectation is replaced b...

Is 25/1 to be relegated too big ??

Paddy Power 25/1 for us to be relegated looks too big - think that price would be fine before 90% of our best players were sold. Top that with Westy and Vid out long term - think it should be 12-14/1 - this championship gets tight either end of table.

Players and agents aren't daft - the club is in the turmoil mode currently - gossip about owners that won't go away and all the best players virtually sold. Why would a top prospect currently come here ? To play in the same team as Cork and Jay ? People need a massive wake up call.

Was a major headache last season very little option to change games / change tactics. So important those last 15-20 minutes in many championship matches were your drawing or sometimes 1 goal behind.

15 wins in each of those two seasons at home but 11 wins away in each of them which I would say was the major contribution. To win 42 points on the road in each of those seasons was a big factor. From memory Venkys went down that route using a agency Charlie Nicholson was involved with. Out went Big Sam and in came Keane.
Will the board alone make the shortlist/approaches or will they seek advise from 1/several "footballing people" as their experience in uk football still very limited.
