does it not beg the question why the hell they are there those bottom placed teams? I agree. IMO teams such as San Marino, Gibraltar, Kosovo etc. should be placed in one bigger group to fight for a spot or two at a world cup or the Euro's. Or you could have two groups consisting of the weaker teams...

Just looking through a list. Don't think I've seen Nordfeldt at Swansea play, Maenpaa at Brighton, Eduardo at Chelsea or Lossl at Huddersfield. I haven't been impressed by Pope when I've seen him. His kicking in particular was woeful last Tuesday, with one from his hands looping out before reaching half way, and two real shanks with his left foot which only made it about 30 yards. You'd be correct if Matt Ritchie had missed the penalty.
