reading a few forums it seems that things "just occur" and it will often be with one email address and then sometimes just start working again. I'd try the html trick to see if that works. It's bad enough that my ticket has gone up over 24% but an under-22 in the same area has got a 44% increase. And it's 55% in the Longside upper wings.
