Agree, but it could easily gave been Brady for JBG. I thought Bards was superb today. Just love his aggression, but Lowton has better delivery.

Should have signed Dawson last window and someone like Collins now. Would have ready for when Tarky had to go.Newcastleclaret93 wrote: ↑Sun Jan 24, 2021 1:16 pmCollins would be a good signing for the future. I just really hope we sign a player for the now. I honestly don't know anyone who is content on us getting relegated. I know little about our new owners but the early signs give me little confidence that they have the financial clout, to go long haul If we go down there is only 1 reason and that is the mindboggling decision to start the season wi...

Westwood needs to take the free kicks when we put our cbs up. Robbie puts them too high and slow. Or get Dwight on for the last 20 minutes.

A good read.
Totally agree that Wood did not foul Keogh.
Benson looks much more comfortable in cm. I can see something in Glennon and Joel.
Relieved that JBG and Cork appear to be unscathed.

Wood, Barnes and Jay are proven goalscorers in the PL. The goals will come. The top priority has to be a right--footed winger, to ensure Dwight can't be triple marked.FactualFrank wrote: ↑Sat Jan 09, 2021 11:25 pmExactly my point. Like I say - sort the midfield and we'll score more goals.

How far does £50m go for a proven prem replacement CB with wages, transfer fees etc? Exactly, FF. I swore blind in summer that some/all of the £42m would still exist and could possibly have grown. Time to shut the schools for a while. Once things get back to normal, they should be open 9 to 5. I'd make it a permanent change.

Anyway the chances of Burnley being dropped to tier 2 anytime soon are minimal.

As I said in March, no chance of going on until I have vaccine. So more chance of someone else winning in the ballot.
