Re: New song
Fair play. I’d love more songs to get going on the turf. But think abba is a very poor choice. I’m still fuming that we never got the Andre Bikey (hang the Dj) by the smiths chant going. Missed the boat with that one Thought we had a decent repertoire on Saturday, even sang my favourite “come to Ew...

Not so sure that's the setup that VK wants to be in, I can't see Bloom/Brighton affording him the same level of involvement/responsibility/influence that he does here at Burnley, although it's definitely the calibre of club VK would probably be interested in. I think this could all be hot air thoug...

There you go - kill two birds with one stone. Yeah this is pretty close to my assessment. Assignon does invert but not as much as Maatsen or in the same way, very neat dribbler who likes to beat a man and weave through the box rather than drift into space inside near the area. His attitude does bother me, he'll commit petulant or sloppy fouls ...

Be fine at the higher level but realistically at the lower level they aren't going to be converting thousands of men's pitches (and imagine the wailing and nashing of teeth if they did). Not sure ex pros would work. For me, simplify the system. There’s no one on VAR. Just the ref that can check. Each team has 2 checks per half. If a check is made and the ref overturns the decision that team still has 2 check remaining. If not the team has 1 remaining. No check can last longer than ...

I’ve just found a post from Burnley saying that we’d sold 15,000 in the week before the early bird closed last year, so we’re broadly in lin...

I think 15k was about the limit. 3k walk ons needed. 2k for corporate 2.2k for away fans Fag packet maths is 22.5k so a bit of wiggle room 21.5k capacity I think this year we had 16,500 ST holders so 15,000 would be a reduction on that, but if the waiting list really is 2,000 then my 15,000 project...
