That's so weird I just saw this last night too! The fans are so far back! I guess it was a cricket pitch with some temporary seating closer to the football pitch. Who would attend a match like that back then? That surely isn't 70 thousand northerners? Burnley took in excess of 20,000 supporters.

Embsay - Craven League When was this? I played in Embsay's first ever game, away at Gargrave in 1976-77. We won 2-1 with a late Ian Phillips goal and ended up runners-up to Ilkley. Embsay got promotion the year after and then the year after that and stayed in the Premier League for over 20 years, I...

Creativity is a problem to an extent, although it’s been better recently. When wood/Barnes know they will get 1 or 2 chances max per game, it is understandable that they snatch at chances, especially when out of form and desperate for a goal. Bit of an overreaction re Wood. Once he gets a couple he...

A lot of sports people are on keto style diets. The great thing about it is that the body adjusts itself, and maintains the shape. It's a diet for life. Just to reiterate, you don't have to use keto products, all low carb, no sugar diets work with intermittent fasting Exactly, and that's what I do.

I don't know whether it qualifies as keto, but I have been eating 16 / 8 since March and quickly lost 22 or 23 lbs. I have kept it off, no problem, but I would argue it is essential to do resistance training when losing weight, or you end up scrawny. I wasn't obese, by any stretch of the imagination...
