Re: Truro City - fixture congestion and ground (pitch) problems
How much does it roughly cost to have an artificial pitch installed? With the weather getting more extreme it seems to be becoming more of a problem for non league clubs. Would make sense for some of the tv money in the game to be siphoned down the leagues for that purpose The cost can be around up...

Re: Jack Cork
Been a class act in every spell he has had with the club. I still don't think we've replaced him (I know some argue with still not replaced Deary). Found it strange that Dyche didn't play him more in the relagation season, and surprised he's not been used at all this season either. Yes, he may have...

I just mentioned him on another thread but I reckon he fits the moniker of 'divisive' too - Paul Barnes. He was better than I remembered at the time having seen his goals and all-round play back recently but he seemed to be seen as a bit lazy and one note when he was at Burnley. 30 goals in 65 leag...

This is true when we had Wood and Barnes absolutely firing on all cylinders - the most deadly duo in Europe I believe at one point! But up until Defour/Brady's injury when we played a little bit more of a progressive style Hendrick was instrumental. A very good player for us. Rich mans Josh Brownhi...

Loved Ady Randall, but another that used to frustrate the hell out of me and maybe many others. Loved watching him warming up before games, doing keepy ups from one side of the pitch to the other without the ball hitting the ground. In matches it was like he was ice skating past players, but never ...

The problem at the moment is that property landlords see Burnley as a cash cow, given they can pick up substantial properties for relative peanuts.
