Re: Burnley v Bournemouth - U21 Latest

When we did the ground tour in January they had the same spider equipment in exactly the same spot (JML) and said it was work to fix a roof leak in that stand.
So either on going work or something they are struggling to fix?

Lots of seats need to be put back ahead of our next home game. To fix a leaking roof apparently.

From my previous experience trying to get a call answered by the ticket office has been like pulling teeth.

9m for an 18 year old is now low for Burnley though, our club reckon is only 15m. The point is when we have spent close to nearly 80m you can’t say we are buying low You’re confusing buying low and spending a lot (by our standards). The fees are a historically lot for us. But for Burnley’s standards and finances we aren’t buying low. Can’t say spending 9m on a 18 year old winger from France is buying low.
We can’t judge the spending by our standards.
Our aspirations have been turbo charged relatively speaking.

£9m on an 18 year old is low for the Prem.

Other thank koleosho, who have we bought low to sell high? We have spent 60m Everyone has been bought low by the standards of the league we are hoping to compete in. It’s high based on our previous experience and model. But definitely low relative to the league and what one big sale could bring in
