Re: 12 years ago

It was an amazing night and a performance to be proud of not downhearted at. Redknapp's look of relieved astonishment at the final whistle said it all. I remember before the game when it was absolutely piddling it down, I popped into the main foyer for a nosey round and to avoid. Alistair Campbell -...

That whole incident stank. Keogh, admittedly the senior pro, seems to have been made the scapegoat. Two younger and more valuable "assets" were banned and fined.
A fourth player's identity, it is rumoured, has been witheld.
I'm glad it's come back to bite Derby's arse.

They are so different in so many ways. I thought TPM was a typical ITV effort relying on the same old formula we see time and time again.

The Serpent

Apologies if this has been discussed on here before but it has to be one of the most tense, creepy and disturbing series that has been aired for a while.
There's nothing particularly brutal nor graphic about it but the creation of tension and understated evil is incredibly effective.

Dyche is scared to make decisions. Always an excuse or something to hide behind. It’s about time he manned up and took the bull By the horns and becomes accountable. Can’t keep blaming the board, the recruitment team, the market. Others seem to manage just fine. Which others ? The teams below us, t...

As unlikely as it is, I don't regard being able to drop the two woefully out of form strikers to be a "miracle". I don't regard being able to at least *try* to pass and move with the football to be a "miracle". I think it's just basic management and instruction. Been managing long, have you ?

Absolutely, Charlie. I remember redesigning the Subbuteo goals to copy those of the Turf, those with the brackets to to the top of each side of the goals with the nets hanging down.
