It's a very small sample size at the moment, 3 or 4 games. The algorithm can't be expected to be that accurate or precise with such a small data set. 2 of our chances go in and we're top of the league. We're averaging almost 1.5 xG per game and an xG difference of +0.9 per game. That's really good, although it's only 4 games.

The article suggests to me that they are selling photos of shirts based on one of these semi-fictional NFTs. Just like when you buy an actual shirt from the club shop, it's yours and no-one else can wear that particular bit of cloth although they can wear one just like it, with these virtual shirts...

How can it not from an accounting and reporting period point of view? Because the transfer fee is spread over the period of the player's contract for profit and loss purposes. Looks like the release clause is only valid if someone pays the full amount up front. Jay Rodriguez has only played one season at this level in the last decade, granted he got 22, but to be 'established' at this level he'd have to play a few seasons at least Ashley Barnes' best season at this level was 11 goals.
