Top 3 hopes for next season?
Assuming we don't pull off a miracle and survive what are your top 3 hopes for things to be true by the time we start next season. Try and be realistic and it doesn't matter if what you hope to happen is seen to be positive or negative. For me (in order of importance) it would be 1 VK is still in ch...

Originally (as there was no netting) after a goal was scored it was a race to retrieve the ball with the first person to jump on it getting to restart the game for their team anywhere from within their own half of the pitch. In the mid 19th centaury Montague Bertie (Earl of Abingdon) didn't think th...

Would be mental to swap Ramsey for Benson when we're 1-1 at half time. Ramsey is doing a massive amout of work and bringing Benson on now could put more pressure on our defence than it would theirs.

Deserved to be level as but for Traffords shocking error we've been really good today. I might regret saying this with 45 mins to play but how much more solid and Premier League like do we look with this back for and Berge and Brownhill playing a traditional two man midfield in front of them. If the...

Always dismissed the Pet Shop Boys as a bit of a throwaway 80's tacky electro pop band. The ridiculous thing was that they counted in extra time, giving Spurs an extra 30 mins to score one. The tie should have ended at 90 mins with us having one more away goal than they had. Still, those were the rules and we knew them. In general the rule to go to extra time instead of away goals fav...

I thought it was a clear foul and was shocked that VAR didn't rule it out but reading this thread has made me realise that maybe it wasn't such a clear cut decision as I thought and once the ref has allowed the goal its probably the right decision for VAR to not overrule. I see VAR as a bit like Brexit in that it divides people, is very contentious and that to paraphrase a certain Mr Rees-Mogg the overwhelming opportunity from this decision will be seen over the next 50 years.

VAR is very frustrating and although it gets most of the decisions right it still makes some big mistakes.
