City are only the 6th highest net spenders over the last 5 years, behind Newcastle (5th), Spurs (4th), Arsenal (3rd), Man Utd (2nd) and topping the list is Chelsea. (Football 365/Transfermkt). So the buy, buy, buy strategy doesn't really seem to be cutting the mustard at either Stamford Bridge or O...

I honestly wonder if a big part of the issue is that as a player at somewhere like City you really don't see much actual "management". You buy the best players in the world and basically you let them play. I'm not in the camp that believes Pep is an amazing manager. He gets the most amazing players ...

He looked every bit a genius this time last season, especially when it came to blending experienced Dyche signings with new unheralded players from lower leagues abroad. Foster AND Fofana was a commendable experiment which nobody really thought worked on Tuesday. I've no problem with the rest of the team bearing in mind availability, but Benson (or Vitihno in a genuine winger role) for Foster would have made more sense (Maybe?)

This is another by product of VAR and causing a lot of unrest. Should we go back to the liner flagging straight away for offside and if a goal scoring opportunity is denied and the linesman is wrong we just shrug it off. For me there is too much pressure being put on the liner and they are not cons...

Everyone in the ground saw the (very tricky!)!Wolves player spin himself into the ground and fall over and yet the person closest to the incident thinks it's a foul. Very poor!

I thought this thread was going to be about our attempt on an empty net and would a goal have been given. It would have been natural justice if it had. Imo, the goal would have been given.
