I can see that driving at 20mph better for the environment than 30 mph on a per minute basis but you will be driving for much longer. When Ive had trouble attaching in the past, its always been because of the file size; even phone photos are too big as they stand.
Try reducing the file size of the photo you have, saving that then attaching the reduced file.
