It's a serious mess and after all this they are still being run by a very distasteful man who now might have to sell a player to pay back the latest investors he's tried to stitch up. Once heard Brian Labone asked who was the hardest player he'd ever placed. He said something like: My job was to kick the centre forward at the first opportunity. Be careful for what you wish for. A true story from a few years back. A bloke at work was in the club shop with his lad buying him a Burnley shirt. I'd agree it does leave us short up front with only three players available. I would think we might look to try and fill that gap with another loan or a permanent signing. Just over half an hour on the pitch in six sub appearances. He's going to have to get himself some football somewhere and soon I...

So yes. We need to sign players this window. Slowly building the squad and getting the players that we want in when we can is great, but we are on a sound financial footing. We have an opportunity here. If we fail to take it there is absolutely no guarantee that we will come back up again. Yes, I k...

Wasn't long after that when Chappy lost his hair. The pic is, I think, from his debut in April 2003 and he'd gone bald by the time he came back for pre-season that year.

One of the biggest problems we had with 'print your own' was fans selecting that option and then turning up on match day to collect tickets having not printed them. Some then complained to the ticket office staff asking them how they could print them when they didn't have a printer.
