It was because there was no segregation so they just sort of mingled with the home fans - from memory, Spurs always seemed to bring a lot of fans too.

Even if we have taken a reduced allocation I imagine we can ask for more as Newcastle won't fill the area unoccupied by us however, it is then down to the club to take the gamble on any unsold tickets which I imagine going off the first few days sales will be small. I don't know how Newcastle do it...
