Jack Cork another disasterclass? Won’t get mentioned on here mind. What an awful player he is.
Remember he was picked by all those different managers at Swansea and Southampton though.
And we once finished 7th and played in the Europa League.

Villa will come to the Turf with confidence of halting their slide. They will also have seen that we’ve only had one good half of football in the last two games. They’ll be expecting us to launch it long for most of the game.
I’m expecting much of the same, both managers will be happy for a point.

Bardsley JT Mee Taylor
JBG Hendrick Westwood McNeil
Long Wood
Hoof for 80 mins and if that doesn’t work bring Barnes and Rodriguez on JBG and Hendrick for the last 10.
Revolutionary.

Didn’t heat on once get sent off for doing it at Brighton?
I don’t think Pickford handled outside the box. It should have gone to VAR really. Not even sure the liner could have seen it accurately from his angle.

The school run traffic was wound me up today, further exacerbated by the rain and sh*t drivers.
A few pints might relieve the stress.

The fella that played for Leicester?
Completely forgot that he played for us!

Yes, but Dwight needs to look at that carefully. Better being a big fish in a small pond at Burnley than spending the next few years sat on a bench somewhere. If he makes it that far. Or he could stay at Burnley in a relatively meagre salary in this market with lower quality players. He would never...

VAR needs to be run by technical / analytical people and not football people.
People who can focus just on the data.

What we need is a properly engineered solution. It’s all very well drawing lines on a screen, but they are drawn from one side of the pitch and from a perspective view that is not a direct cross section of the play. Hands and arms should be discounted from any offside decision as by the laws of the ...

Further to Ecc’s post above if it’s only the initial payment of 4.5m plus interest that is due to be paid to Nantes, and weighing up the situation I’d be paying that and having done with the whole saga. I wouldn’t even be troubling the insurance for a claim for the amount.

Far too big an undertaking, and like most of the Governments grand projects has ended up in billions of the tax payers money.
A large proportion wasted on “consultants” who have done very little in their privileged position of being deemed experts.
It’s should have been binned a long time ago.

Grealish tried to carry on after he was fouled outside the box and the cleaned out in the box.
Ball was in the net. VAR should have been used.
What is the point of VAR if its not used for big calls like that.

******* about at every opportunity is why we ended up with 5 mins added time.

Churchend Brewery - What the Fox’s Hat. Delicious, best served in a dimpled tankard.

Not much different to one on Boxing Day.
We’re all blaming Tarkowski, yet he was on the only one prepared to put a boot, everyone else just stood around.
And it was the same all afternoon. At least force them out wide if you’re not going to tell them like a lumberjack.
