That is just a ridiculous offside. If the rules say that’s offside quite simply the rule isn’t fit for purpose.

Same with Assignon yesterday, the offside player has had no impact on the outcome so should NOT be ruled offside.

He seems a top bloke and hopefully will have a long and successful managerial career.

Gary O’Neill is another that seems to have a lot going for him, but can’t take to him the same as Rob Edwards. He comes across quite full of himself at times in my opinion.

What were our stats like from set pieces under Dyche? I’m sure someone will know the answer. Whilst we seemed to have a reputation as a long ball set piece team, I don’t actually feel like we scored from that many. Everton seem far more dangerous from them under Dyche than we did.

As good a manager as he is, I can’t see Dyche lasting much longer. As we’ve seen on this board of late, it’s very difficult to please the modern day fan and Everton fans are a tough crowd at the best of times.

Franky it was a disgrace he didn’t get a medal for his role in last season’s title campaign. I felt for him standing on the open top bus with his team-mates and the Championship trophy but no medal. In the NFL, teams have to publicly report all injuries. Largely due to the impact it can have on betting markets I believe.
