There will be long term repercussions. Some clubs with backers will just carry on. Some clubs that try to run to a business model will be weakened. It could make the latter less attractive to a player but there are so many clubs with backers. Agents need squeezing out of the game. People are dying,...

I’ve seen a huge increase in people out and about in the last 3 days. Handball should either be your hand, or your full arm. This will just lead to players using their upper arm/shoulder to block the ball.

Not really sure how you can criticise a 93 year old lady for making a speech in this situation, or the tradition of the monarchy that plays a part in making our country great.

Surely the season will finish behind closed doors though?
Players return to training but take sensible precautions (other people are working and doing the same), travel to matches individually, etc.

Feel the attendances have been disappointing this season, given league position.
Question: if kids for a quid applied to all league games, what difference would it make to attendances? You’ve got to imagine we’d be able to pull in 25k regularly if kids were a quid?

It's not going to restart. What’s strange about this is how public opinion has/is changing so quickly. If you’d said that two weeks ago, I’d have said you were mad, but with so many other major sporting events getting cancelled now, I think there would be more acceptance about a full cancellation.
