Re: Our time in Premier is over

Same as ever, need 35 points and may be 40 depending on how crucial 6-pointers go.

That’s a minimum 32 points from 30 games. 8 wins 8 draws. Personally I think we’ll be fine, but we have to grind out those wins.

My team: Pope Roberts-Collins-Tarkowski-Pieters McNeil-Brownhill-Westwood-Cornet Vydra-Wood Jay to come in for Vydra is Vydra is injured. Otherwise that would be my first choice lineup against City apart from Mee. Selecting fullbacks who can score or assist is crucial hence I would blood Roberts now...

Re: Is Sean Dyche the most underrated manager in the Premier League?

No. Potter, Moyes, heck even Bruce are all better than their reputation suggests. Dyche is good but not great, he has done very well keeping us up but its not the miracle some suggest.

Last time I looked we had about four sides paying lower wages than us, including Wolves if I remember rightly.

I meant Collins replaces Tarky so Long becomes 1st reserve on the bench, and we’ve seen what that does for our results when he has to play.

Selling Tarks to one of the two sides below us in the table may not be worth a January sale unless it is silly, e.g. £30m for someone with 6 mths left.
