Re: Burnley - No Gibson recall
I'm not sure how many threads we need on this subject but of course we are paying him, he's under contract. We've taken the decision to remove him for the overall benefit of our club and squad, simple as that. We can't sack him, we can just tell him to stay away. Does a Premier League player's cont...

Re: Academy Granted Category 1 ststus
There are so many benefits, but for us, looking on, it gives us a tougher games programme. From playing such as Morecambe, Carlisle and Rochdale three years ago we are now moving into the highest level of academy. Premier League 2 has two divisions, we'll be placed in the lower one but we are now c...

Tottenham v Everton tonight
Not withstanding tonights result, which I think sees us drop a place whatever it is, isnt it marvellous that 5 games from the end of the season, we are nip and tuck with these two in the Premier League table ? Testament if any were needed to the remarkable job that Mr Dyche continues to do...

With each League place being worth approaching £2m , Im sure the board dont view the remaining games as meaningless.

The difference between finishing say 9th or 16th in purely monetary terms could be vital to the club .Someone mentioned on another thread that the remaining 9 games were meaningless, Im sure the board dont think so..
