I remember reading that if you took Chris Wood's goal away from him he didn't offer much
I was just reading on twitter this week that Forest fans would let Wood go for free at the end of the season.
Not sure if he's out of contract or they're worried about too many players.

It isn’t ridiculous at all. Garlick set us down the path with shitshow after shitshow of windows for the best part of 3 seasons. We were heading for the iceberg and unfortunately ALK couldn’t turn the ship around in time so stave off relegation. Managers get far less than 18 months to turn things a...

I have not seen anything on social media about the accident but a taxi driver quoted 15 quid back to Padiham because of the accident. We got the 152 back for a quid instead. It was 45mins to an hour after the game and there was still flashing blue lights driving to the scene. Luckily our bus driver ...

Bought club 30th December 2020. Transfer window, January 2021, starts 2 days later. Did we sign anyone in that window, I can't remember. (Wasn't Dale Stephens the only incoming in summer 2020)? Summer 2021: Nathan Collins, Connor Roberts, Maxwel Cornet - all relying on my memory - have I got that r...

He and Aït-Nouri were the two best players on the pitch last night. Berge's positioning was excellent, he picked up so many loose balls and he knitted things together very nicely. I don't think his game should be measured on goals and assists, he's more the sort of player who'll assist the assist. ...

Can someone tell me why people rate Berge so high? He was top of the man of the match votes last night when I voted. He's a neat short passer but he receives the ball in decent central areas where you can affect play but often just gives it out wide or to less threatening areas. He doesn't get anywh...

This has been done to death but I’ll chip in. Any theory that we were being well managed by accumulating cash and not investing in the team was thoroughly disproven when a) the takeover occurred and structure made it clear said funds had been used in part to fund the previous owners exit, b) we got...

I've heard the NWCL have had meetings about putting the start of the cricket season back due to wet grounds. They don't start until a week after the Lancs league as it is. Chances are the Lancs league will delay their start. As expected the start of the NWCL on the 20th April has been put back a we...

When teams sit back it just shows our lack of quality unfortunately.
Taylor passes inside to Berge who takes a touch and gives it him back, who in turn doesn't want to cross, so gives it him back.
Rinse and repeat.

Ground improvements which were massively needed. Brought in a top young manager and exciting young players. Hopefully the future is bright.
I was just asking if the new owners had improved a certain section of the club financially?

The deluded Evertonians will still hold up posters and banners blaming everyone but themselves and their egotistical desire to be regarded as a still relevant top tier club. The new stadium was always a millstone, Liverpool acknowledged Anfield was special so stayed and improved, Everton should hav...

Exactly what we're doing now after the X43.
Going to be a long day.
The other option is the mega bus at 3 quid each way.
Has anyone been on the EMR service before? Is it a decent sized train.
I'm a bit worried about paying up front and not getting on it.

Shame they conceded in the 96th minute to draw 2-2.
According to Padiham twitter they were much the better side.

I have it on good authority he verbally abused a young waitress in the Italian in Burnley when the team was out celebrating the promotion which got back to the manager
So it's that young lasses fault we have got relegated?
If only she never burnt his Lasagne.

Took him a while to get into the game and he was far from mobile closing down to say he was only for a short time.
Started linking up with short passing and rolled back the years.
Unlucky with the header.

Trafford is no 1. Whether you agree with that or not is open to discussion, but NO WAY have we shelled out all that money for a number 2.
As soon as VK senses an opportunity, JT is back in.
VK wouldn't survive the fans lashing out if he brought Trafford back in without Muric messing up.

They must have changed their ways if Brownhill is on a weekly contract. They must be scared of losing him.

Apologies if already discussed, but I sit in between two pensioners in the BLS, and both when the subject of renewals has been discussed in the past say the same thing. “At £275 a season, we’d be daft to give up these seats, we can pick and choose our games”. They go to about half the matches. I’d ...

Apparently Wrexham pay Ryan Reynolds company 8k a week in interest on the loans. Which will only get bigger.
Football is crazy these days.
It needs to stop owners plowing clubs with lots of debt in the way of loans.

I think Bradford City have lost out to the likes of Wrexham and Stockport throwing money around. According to their owners statement, they thought they had a sustainable model with a top 7 budget in league 2. They have been blown out the water on budgets. Crazy that a club that can get over 20k on i...
