Re: Free Hart

Poor signing who’s probably costing us a fortune in wages. Thankfully Dyche remedied after the Everton debacle.

Done an unbelievable job with that squad.

Always said he’d be the perfect replacement when Dyche does move on.

Heaton 8 - some solid saves and decent distribution Lowton 8 - another difficult task dealt with admirably Tarkowski 9* - immense Mee 9 - pretty much just as immense Taylor 7 - a few loose balls but to be expected Hendrick 8 - thought he did a great job for the team Westwood 7 - steady Cork 7 - as a...

Re: Preston Manager

Done well to get a new three year deal out of Preston seeing as they’ve had a very indifferent season. Had a poor start but I think they were missing some key players through injury (Maguire, Browne) - been very good until recently. Considering money spent and actual squad on paper he's done a good...

I’d be very surprised if we saw him again this season. The only way we should be offering a deal is if we feel he can offer something coaching wise.

What a fantastic series. Really well made, and gave a great insight into various cultures (well, as good as you can on a programme like this). Great contestants too, who weren't just on it for their 15 minutes. Very surprised by the winners, but fair play - their scrimping and saving in the episode ...

Re: ARTICLE: Appendix operation forces Crouch out

We shouldn't need to learn the lesson that signing a 38 year old who couldn't get in to a struggling Championship team is probably going to be a poor use of funds.

Anyway, hope all goes well and everything. Surprised if we ever see him in a Burnley shirt again.

Re: 24 Hours in Police Custody

Astonished they allowed this week's episode to be broadcast considering how incompetent the police came across as. To allow a high level, complex drugs case to be left with somebody with absolutely no prior knowledge while the DS went on holiday was unbelievable. The interview was borderline farcica...

Couldn’t give a flying what Stoke fans think. Their team is underperforming in all areas of the pitch. He was good for us and would have been a far better option than Crouch.

He doesn't look anywhere near the required standard, and I remain surprised at the number of people were were a-ok with losing Vokes and replacing him with a 38 year old who couldn't get into a piss-poor Stoke team. He provides an awkward presence at best, and frankly, that just isn't good enough.

The rose tinted spectacles some have for the Championship is something else. It isn't all 23 undefeated and winning at Ewood and Deepdale on the regular. It's a bloody slog, and if you get stuck in a rut it takes a hell of a lot to get out of it. Take a look at Stoke who were meant to be well set up...

Dyche has done so much for us and I do think we’ll finish above Cardiff, but I cannot believe how much we have regressed this season. The football is unbelievably primitive. I bet Leicester (Morgan in particular) couldn’t believe their luck. We had a striker on the bench precisely suited for games l...
