Did MUD convince Alan to pay £60 million for Tresor, Trafford, Ramsey and Amdouni ? If they were free transfers they’d have been a major disappointment.

Re: What must Vigeroux be thinking ??
When he signed I don’t think he signed expecting to be Number1. However if he hasn’t had a look in now he never will. So I would be off if I was him. No goal keeper should sign for Burnley if they want to play in the 1st team while James Trafford is here as he will always be picked no matter how bad...

I think we’ll be pushing it. I predicted 18 a few weeks back and I’ll stick by it but it’s probably a bit optimistic I thought we might hit 20 earlier in the season. For all the positives you can look for we just don’t look like winning matches. It’s a shambles overall. It can’t be creating a good p...

Not remotely unlucky. Good possession stats but easy for Bournemouth to win that as it will be for most teams between now and the dead rubber season end. We could have played all night but wouldn’t have scored.

Some nice passing in parts and good possession stats but we are completely ineffective. We are weak defensively and don’t remotely look like scoring many goals or winning a match.

He’s like a luxury handbag you overpaid for but it needs taking back as it has a permanently broken strap and it’s never going to be any use.

Don’t think this means much in isolation. He was probably just reacting to a crowd comment. It’s just not want you want to see with such a lack of effort and purpose. There no way the players buy in to what they are being told to do anymore. I’m not sure how this can be changed now by the management.

Too late to change this season. I wanted him out weeks ago. It’s a big if we get promoted as he’s torn up last season team and killed the spirit. The manner of the defeats have become embarrassing. Pace is beginning to look foolish. Kompany out, Trafford out, otherwise Pace out.

Dyche was widely reported to be on 100k a week in his final contract with Burnley - I find it hard to believe that after winning the Championship last season, Kompany signed a deal for less than what his predecessor was paid. So yes, I would expect VK to be earning something north of 100k per week....
