Re: Motivation
My point StA is that Dyche was ready to persist with other players when they were shall we say underachieving or lacking consistency, when it came to Vydra it was almost like he couldn`t wait to drop him, I don`t think Vydra is a world beater but he isn`t the liability that Dych and some on here see...

Re: Motivation
It might be the case that some players have chosen to run down their contracts, some haven`t yet been offered which I think is probably the norm given our position but players like Vydra who didn`t come cheap, and hasn`t in my eyes been given a fair crack of the whip is never likely to sign another ...

Re: Give the midfield some backbone
That`s fair comment but Coyle/Howe had a degree of flexibility on how they set the team up, Dyche is detrimentally rigid in his approach, it`s the lack of invention, initiative, creativity and flexibility that for me has contributed to our present position as much as lack of investment.

IMO Dyche will be judged at the end of this season when if what I feel is the inevitable relegation happens who he keeps and if he decides to give some of our better U23`s a chance to prove themselves at Championship level. He needs to revisit our coaching and tactics, we need to keep a degree of exp...

Re: Brentford versus MIGHTY CLARETS
Once of a time a player lacking confidence in front of goal would play for the reserves to try and find their touch, maybe McNeill needs some time in the U23`s, we need his creativity but he has to be better than he has been in front of goal.
