If that’s a serious question then my answer would be that I think it is impossible to compare teams ( and players ) from different eras. All I can say is that our 20/21 and 59/60 teams were the best in England at that time. Just as our 2022/23 team were the best in The Championship last season. Not...

My boyhood hero! I had a picture of him completing his hat trick in a 5 2 win at Fulham in December 1965. He was smiling for the camera as he smashed the ball home. Great footballer, goalscorer and thoroughly nice man. "as he smashed the ball home"........That's what set Willie apart from the rest....

I think the push on the keeper whilst being pure Ashley Barnes actually distracts a little from the quality of the goal. The cross from Zaroury was perfection but so was Barnes positioning and timing which made the finish look easy. Which Ashley Barnes goal will you never forget ? Nailed it, FCBurn...
