Think the Board need credit-not only in his selection but also in giving him time and backing him. He is the 5th longest serving manager in the League. Sir Alex was one game off being sacked in the early days but the Board persisted and look where he went on to. Then you get the Palace manager go af...

This rumour pleases me. It shows we have been re-active. Lets face it Pope could play a blinder in the games o come (wouldn't that be nice for the lad) or nerves could get to him and what an act to follow with Tom. If we can sign someone good enough for Sir Alex that's good enough for me. Its like b...

Christ Wood has got us 4 points in 120 minutes and we are debating this
I started a post on Saturday saying Wood should start and the first goal was important. If we get half a chance at Liverpool its Wood who will take it-then I would back us to get a result

The club need to be scouring all the keepers out of contract tonight. Firstly as cover in case Pope is injured and secondly in case Pope proves not good enough, though I thought the lad did well. Bit different when you are away to Liverpool or Man City-our next two away games.

Lets hope JBG stays fit-terribly unlucky last year. We need all the players we have available for SD
All I would say about JBG is there are two players-one with sublime skills and one who struggles to get him into the game and gives the ball away
