Re: Summer 2021 Transfer Window Rumours - Links - Discussion
LOLOLOL lets celebrate we finished 4th bottom last season and we have started this season 1/9 points and we have bought players from Stoke (a understudy), Swansea (a player nobody has wanted the entire transfer window), a 34 year old goalkeeper as a back up and Cornet who could be anything but for ...

One very good piece of business, and a hint of more to come. Sean was asked about more but just said, "We've been in the situation before and been disappointed at the last moment, so I don't want to say any more at the moment." To me, that's a strong suggestion that we are still in the market for a...

Dolphins fan so hate Brady, although am reluctantly extremely impressed with what he has achieved at Tampa.
Mahones, Tyreek Hill, Travis Kelce et al will be too strong for the Tampa defense and i expect Chris Jones and Frank Clark to get after Brady and force him into rushed throws.

To give some perspective, Brownhill cost Burnley in transfer fees what Kante earns in wages every YEAR at Chelsea.
A terrific player and as per usual criminally underrated by dumb Burnley supporters.

I just want us ro be able to financially compete with our fellow, similarly sized Premier league clubs in terms of player wages. We have lost out on players recently because of our wage ceiling.

A lot of below par performances tonight which is to be expected given the glut of fixtures and paper thin squad.

Yes, a waste. We let Hendrick walk away, losing a £10m+ asset off our balance sheet. Then we spend £2.5m to replace him with a player who is 3 years older, not as good and who offers less positional flexibility. On top of that we give Stephens a 2 year ( probably with a plus one year ) contract whi...
