Time did he come on
On the 45?
Yep. Then he was so happy with the result, he stayed on the pitch past the evening to the end of the light.
The groundsman wasn't happy.

Not sure where you get O’Shea being very good in the championship, he was average at best . 'Dara O'Shea 7 Was in with a shout of the club's player of the year award before he got injured in the March international break and could only watch on in the remaining weeks as his teammates failed to get ...

The trouble is, we're comparing the likes of O'Shea in the Premier League with McNally and THB in the Championship. O'Shea was very good in the Championship and now we're seeing the Leicester defenders - who looked poor last season - now spraying it about like Beckenbauer with all that extra space a...

I was looking forward Everton in the cup but this soft touch has me thinking Dyche and a physical Everton could have a field day. Tarkowski and Keane on set pieces against our defence.....shudder Personally, I think we'll see exactly why Muric should be starting. We need his presence and confidence...

Thought Yellowstone was very good. Preferred 1823 to 1923 but neither anywhere as good as Yellowstone imo.
Band of Brothers and Pacific starting next Fri 15th. Not seen either yet.
Always wanted to see Band of Brothers. What platform is that on please?

Has anyone fitted ‘smart TRV’s’? I’m considering them but I’ve struggled to find info on how they work with ‘smart thermostats’, and if they really do. I have a Google Nest thermostat, which itself is great, but I can only see the smart TRV’s working if the temperature where the thermostat is locat...

I have the hallway thermostat set to 19.5 during the day, rising to 22 around the kids bedtimes. Never been sure what the best approach is with radiator thermostats.. put them all high to heat the house quicker and stop the boiler running for as long? Or have them on 3-4? I've got the well used room...

How I wish his beautiful strike against the fiddlers had been the winner. A clean a hit as you’ll ever see.
Best wishes to him with his future.
Me too. One of my favourite ever goals and the absolute opposite of the fluke of an own goal they got for an equaliser.

I was mascot for this game, randomly. At 14 I was quite old for a mascot but I was asked on the way down if I fancied it and it was great being in the changing room and then having a pre-match kick about with the team. What a brilliant night all round. We went to the England game v Bulgaria the next...

Think Pace was infatuated with Kompany and has really backed him. Can’t get my head behind the mass recruitment of wide players and goalkeeper though. Just wasn’t needed.
I'd add O'Shea into that. We had McNally.

Poor lad, hope he was OK. I've spent the day out with my two young kids and it's mega stressful when one hurts themselves, trying to help them whilst keeping an eye on the other one. Must be even worse when there's hundreds of people milling about.

But Manchester United were poor and should have been beaten Chelsea weren't good yesterday My main point really is that they all have top quality players capable of doing brilliant things e.g. Fernandes's goal against us. And Sterling was quality yesterday. The lesser teams don't quite have that st...

I'm simply pointing out that they'll be just as tough games, but for different reasons. People seem to think that because we beat Luton we'll walk over the bottom half teams. We won't. Fair enough, but I' never suggested that we'd walk over them. Just it's more of a level playing field against the l...

Yes,the next run of fixtures will be so much easier, all those teams will be letting us beat them easily because they've got nothing to play for.

I prefer Dyche’s approach to the Premier League than Kompany’s. Kompany’s style edged in the Championship, but Dyche Ball was far more effective at this level. See my thread on who we've faced. Dyche rarely beat the teams we've lost to, he focused on beating those around us. Also, didn't you stop g...

Man City away apart, last season’s side performed better against Premier League opposition for starters.
