If Boro go down and if he could say fit would Gaston Ramirez be a good replacement for Defour, assuming he (Defour) moves on of course.

He should have told Barton that he (Brady) was going to take the free kick, it was just perfect position for him. His final ball in open play is still missing for me.

Re: Yet another away defeat
What we lack is that little bit of quality in the final third. In the first half both Vokes and Barnes had the opportunity to put us at least one up. We seemed to switch off after the penalty. We needed to get the ball and keep it, unfortunately they did exactly that and we paid the price. If we sta...

Ridiculous charging £100.00, why do they do it, because they know what a well supported club we are and that plenty of supporters will pay it. Its called "taking the -iss". I love the club as much as anyone else, however, I would not pay even £50.00, its a money grabbing rip off.

Pieters injury just front of the longside was stopped for at least 2 minutes. I noticed Tom was warned about time wasting, add the time for the substitutions and the odd hold up and that's where he got in from.

This is from a colleagues friend who came up for the game, he goes home and away- aged 65 years young, it was his view and that of some Tottenham friends. Just a heads up. The Police have now stopped the parking on the hill just outside the ground. Cars were allowed to park on the grass verge off the road, no more i'm afraid. The centre of the road had a concrete island that was a built up, cars were allowed to park there but that's be stopped also.

Re: I love Dyche - but why won't he use Defour?
The longer the game went on the more it cried out for that one special creative pass (Defour), the Manager then has a dilemma, do I want to sacrifice the point that might be gained, if they go and nick one. I too thought they were there for the taking but overall that one point might just be crucial.

Tarky will be fine but I still think we need a dominant blood and guts type centre back if Keans goes and Gibson fits that criteria for me. Dawson (let's not go there) is another at West Brom.

Did okay, he dropped a bollock when trying to play advantage when Ben was assaulted in the first half, then failed to stop the game when Sunderland gained possession back, outside their box. There should have been several more bookings for Sunderland.

I like Barnes, I always feel more confident that when he's starting the centre backs will be in for a tough time. He's not the quickest but even at his age (27) its still not too late for him to learn from the past masters of how to win those aerial balls without constantly fouling. Referees are get...

Couldn't make the game today so watched on tv. I thought we did really well, good game plan, usual energy and chances created. We just need that bit of luck, the ball dropping in the right area etc. Play like that next week and we just might get that elusive away win.
