I've suffered with the problem on and off for over 30 years. Naproxen is what I've found to be most effective in that time. Start off with a double dose (as recommended by my GP ) for the initial 24 hour period and then revert to the normal dosage. Heat packs (use as often as possible) and taking th...

Just as an aside
I think Dyche has it right when he says if a decision is under review the ref should hold on to the ball until the final outcome has been made

Unfortunately due to work commitments I was unable to attend today, but managed to catch the match via Sportsnet one. At half-time the panel discussed that the offside was given against Vokes for impacting on play as that was what had been fed back to the studio. They felt that Vokes had impacted pl...

Absolutely. I felt myself getting emotional when they were singing ‘Can’t help falling in love’ by Elvis post relegation. Great, great documentary. I've been in that pub pre match with a couple of Sunderland supporting family members (1-1 v Burnley and the beast had one of his blinders). Great pub ...

I’m far from convinced that he was a good buy or if he is good enough for this level but he is nowhere near our biggest issue in relation to first team players, isn’t the reason that Mee and Tarks have had a dip in form and certainly isn’t the reason that we have picked up so few points this season...

B/ Our win ratio with Taylor/Cork/Westwood in the original line up, because it won't be dissimilar

As I said earlier it is down to Taylor and to a lesser extent the keeper. Have a watch of our second goal against Liverpool at the Turf 3 seasons ago. Hart 6
Bardsley 7
Tarks 8
Mee 6
Long 9**
Taylor 6
Cork 5
Westwood 8
Hendrick 6
Barnes 8
Wood 4
I though Long was outstanding today and showed a great deal of composure in possession. He's one player that's markedly improved thus season
