Re: Wet spam v stoke
What a bitty game. 18 fouls in the first half (19 in the whole Clarets v Foxes game on Saturday).
Probably typical of an edgy relegation battle.

Considering how much experience Stoke have in their side, they’re incredibly naive (and ****).

"Joe Hart should probably have done better there". Heard that before.
Stoke have been really poor so far but Joe has given them a lifeline, Stoke's MotM.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
Moyse has done his best to give Hart some first team time, tutor a chance at the WC. He has put them back in the mire. Surely Moyse has to put Adrian back in now?

Joe Hart has become a parody of himself. It’s painful to watch.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
If WHU don't get back into this game, they're in some trouble again.
Arsenal away, Man City home their next 2 games. Leicester away, Man U home after that. Finish off with Everton at home though but it could get nervy for them.

It is. I’m pretty sure his decline as coincided with using Head and Shoulders. Maybe there are sude effects.Rileybobs wrote:Joe Hart has become a parody of himself. It’s painful to watch.

Best thing to come out of the Game Hart as fluffed his lines to give pope the edge.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
WHU's 35 points may just be enough now. Can't see WBA or Stoke getting that many. I guess Southampton may get just about get that many, though, and it may yet come down to Spam needing another point from somewhere.
Poor match though, 36 fouls, ref's whistle must be needing a new pea.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
Going to make our game against Stoke
on Sunday extremely difficult, me thinks.
They just have to win and will no doubt go all out for it.
Hope we manage to score first and that should make them panic
and we exploit that and get a second to kill them off.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
Surely Harts' England career is now over after that latest Blunder. Even nice guy Gareth can't hide behind the "experience " card anymore. You can have the worlds most experienced keeper, but if he throws one in every game what use is he? Answer, NONE! Step forward Nick Pope.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
Possibly but it isn’t a level playing field. Southgate is desperate to take Hart - if he wanted to take Pope he would have given him some game time - but if Moyes drops Hart it will make it very difficult.tim_noone wrote:Best thing to come out of the Game Hart as fluffed his lines to give pope the edge.

Re: Wet spam v stoke
I think he does really want to take him because he's the one goalkeeper who can offer international tournament experience. It was Hart, Forster, Foster at the last World Cup & Hart, Forster, Heaton at the Euros. Forster is nowhere near now and Tom's been injured.scouseclaret wrote:Possibly but it isn’t a level playing field. I do wonder just how many bad games Hart has to have before Southgate gets it, he was there tonight as well so no excuse.
