Not really just the £7m a year increase limit on wage increases removed

as I said in the link this does not help us at all - players and agents the only winners - may also partly explain why Saints got Adams - they already pay more than us as it is - this just makes it easier for them as we will not break our budget limits (quite rightly in my view)
