What's the point in carrying on with dd payments.Your seat is safe, you won't be able to go to every game.Weve just earned 121 million so don't need cash?

I think the idea is to let families of up to 6 to sit together.

I missed numerous games last season due the club agreeing to play Sundays and working Sundays. I wasn't entitled to a refund??? Why do the club bow down to these dictators!
Mate, if you are still doing your morning paper-round at 4pm then you need to get some extra help from your Mum or Dad.

There is a huge difference to choosing not to attend a live event. I have my season ticket knowing that the travel to Burnley and real life events will mean I miss anything up to a quarter of games, but if I could have attended my seat was there waiting for me.

However, if BFC, to comply with any government or safety authority rules, cannot offer me the seat I have paid for then they have to reimburse me for that. Given that ticket income is a relatively minor part of the club's income stream it will not hurt as much as, say Villa will feel, should all payments have to be refunded. - Bigger grounds = more season ticket holders = more lost revenue.
:D :D :D :D

So if you can't sit in your exact seat but you could sit in one in the same stand you would refuse and expect a refund :D :D

I missed a few games last season because I was 'on a promise' on a Sunday. I think I'm due a refund too.....

Why should anyone be entitled to a refund? People knew what they were signing up to! If you're going to complain over a few quid maybe you shouldn't have got a season ticket in the first place. No doubt the ones complaining are the ones who got their ticket on 'tick'
What an idiotic comment. If I don't see ALL the games I have paid for I expect a refund for the ones I have not seen. Paid for the matches, I either expect to see them or get my money back.

Exactly, everyone knew they wouldn't be able to attend numerous games next season due to CIRCUMSTANCES! If you can't support the club in times like these then don't bother at all!!
haha , he is having a laugh now. Are you seriously saying we should financially support a multi million pound business for goods that we don't get?

Refunds were offered and given for the remaining four home games that you weren't able to attend. Any other games you didn't go to were because of your own personal reasons and you cannot expect a refund.

Did you miss it through your own fault or were you told by the event organiser that you couldn't attend through no fault of your own?

1. Read the thread, numerous posters commenting
2. Only posts removed were those last night when you were doing your level best to disrupt the board, to the point where it was close to being closed down overnight.
3. Final warning.

To keep it simple:

1. If you buy a ticket for an event and then can't turn up, unlucky. You chose to buy the ticket, it's not the organiser's fault.
2. If you buy a ticket for an event and the event doesn't happen, then you get your money back.

The reason for buying a season ticket is that you get discounted tickets for all matches; missing some of them is allowed for in the discounted price.
