Non league footy
Non league footy
Anyone else going to a game tomorrow? I'm going to watch Colne in their FA Cup game at home to Prescot Cables. Quite looking forward to it actually, crazy to think the last football match I went to was the Spurs game back in March!

I shall be going to my third game this season and all watching Ashington. They are away at West Auckland in the FA Cup and the crowd is limited to 300 and it is first come first served, pay on the gate, so I shall go down early.

Weren't west Auckland the first winners of the world cup
Re: Non league footy
Colne is all ticket which is a bit of a pain. First few games were limited to 200 but tomorrow isn't sold out yet so got a feeling they may have increased it a bit.Ashingtonclaret46 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 5:16 pmI shall be going to my third game this season and all watching Ashington. They were in 1909 wearing black shirts with a big gold V on the front similar to the one on Burnley shirts in 1975 to 1979.claret3561 wrote: ↑Fri Sep 11, 2020 5:23 pmWeren't west Auckland the first winners of the world cup

Re: Non league footy
Cup fever grips Long Melford in deepest Suffolk again today as those twin towers draw nearer. So it's a wander round the Stour Valley followed by a visit to Stoneylands to see them take on the might of Kempston Rovers ( a suburb of Bedford apparently ). It would be nice to see the home side vanquish any team with appellation of Rovers.

Re: Non league footy
Colne got beat 2-0 by Prescot cables. Was men against boys really, was a bit disappointed by Colne tbh.
