If Maguire is good enough for England then Tarks should be England's captain.

I like Neville but his reluctance, like most of their fans, to accept that Man Utd are now in a totally different league to the likes of City and Liverpool is so so tiresome.

Unless the rules have changed (which is possible with all these new rules), the ball has to have moved forward before any other players enters the penalty area. Which is why you sometimes see someone tap the ball forward and then somebody else bomb into the area to score.
