Leeds are interested in every1
Will sign any1
Wont gel

I’ll throw it out there, that I think Leeds will finish above us. Signings won’t be thrown in until ready.
Sadly, they’ve got a damn good manager.

But isn't that the norm with us?

Now that Toeky has had to return to playing for the club that pays his wages because Leicester and West Ham won't meet the club's asking price, without that money coming in the chances of the club buying any player, at the price Wilson would come at, has significantly reduced. In my opinion.

I’m all for us looking at young, up and coming players and i know little about him, other than reports and the odd highlights.
Some of the comments regarding lack of work for the team are concerning - there must surely be better value out there?

Fortunately we are all allowed to like whatever we choose, Tony.
What you see in a player is perfectly acceptable , fine with me..
Absolutely but wasn’t he at Spurs four years and never got a start in the Premier League? I thought he did ok in a couple of sub appearances but that was it for me.

Looks like Burnley’s valuation was nearer the mark than the seller on this occasion
Damn good job they didn’t get impatient and offer the asking price

Very promising striker at Stoke we should take a look at. Has scored 4 goals in his last 5 cup ties including the winner at Villa tonight.

He's been scouted by people who know what they are doing.
With all the respect in the world lads, they know what they are looking for in a player and we put a very substantial bid in.

So about 19 -23 years. They may look at themselves for why a club perseveres with a player for that long with no results?

Perhaps he is engineering a move by being slightly less than Liverpool demand of their players

Imagine missing a peno being your last contribution for a club?!
Maybe a motivation thing but by all accounts he didn’t have a good game. Not sure we should be breaking the bank on this one.

Hard to believe Liverpool once attached a 30m price tag to his name and they are supposedly looking for close to 20m this time around.
They are probably regretting their shop window gambit at the moment, all he had to do was look busy and score from a free kick ....... and not get them knocked out of the cup by missing his penalty.
Liverpool definitely know when to move a player on. He has played better, but 6m rising to 8m would be a fair price in this window. If we do need another left winger or an attacking midfielder we should go back in with a much lower offer.

I think they paid quite a lot for him and he was on a four year deal. One thing he is and that’s quick.

He brought us his mate Ian Wright and that inspired a promotion end to the season by getting the crowd right up and behind the team.
As well as a profit when he left

Don't think there is any link between them. It was often said that Thomas had played a part in Wright coming to Burnley but that wasn't Wright's version a couple of weeks ago when they did that feature on the live game. He said it was down to the relationship he'd had with Stan at Crystal Palace.

According to “The Firm” on Twitter
Harry Wilson is close to completing his move to Burnley.
There usually pretty spot on with transfer rumours

Seems strange that he played last night if that was true, though. Unless Liverpool did it in the hope he had a superb game and brought in more competition for his signature - but he didn't, so they've decided to let him go.

Regarding 'The Firm' above...
However, similar profiles said this several days ago so I would take this with a pinch of salt and possibly made up.

Looking at him last night he looks to lightweight but if Dyche likes him that will do for me.
If we fail to bring in a winger I think we should play J Rod out on the right
McNeil..Westwood..Brownhill..J Rod
Not a bad line up, and when Taylor or McNeil puts a cross in to the box from the left he could sneak in from the right to cover the back post whilst the defence are watching Wood and Barnes

I'm just trusting Mike's word again, he's not let us/Mr Dyche down before in the window regards incomings.

What is the going rate for someone who has never played a league game for his club and played less than 100 league games with 60 of these at a lower level ?
