Agree with this Tiger. One benefit of this is the opportunity it will give our youngsters. Just wish we really had the emerging talent in the positions we desperately need cover.

Stephens I also agree on, but think on balance I’d take the experience in such a critical are of the pitch.
I suspect that we only signed Stephens due to Jack Cork being laid up for the long term, and I suppose for the nominal fee Sean thought we're better having an experienced head in the middle of the park, he's hardly set the world on fire in his early appearances, so let's hope that he can prove his doubters wrong, I still think if and when Corky's fully fit he'll be demoted to the bench however, but if he shows his worth between now and Xmas who knows he might keep his place in the team, the onus is on him to nail down a starting berth while the chance is there for him.

I have heard the fax machine has just been wielded out, one of the lads in the Recruitment Office is trying to find a Rymans or Wlkos as they have no paper. You never know....

Definition of stupid: Clicking on here, thinking we could be about to sign somebody.

It keeps drawing me in, when I'm saying, "Don't do it!"

Yes, another Garlick dig.

He always liked to say " we look to come out of a transfer window stronger than we went into it "🤔
Looks like he's had a change of heart.

Could you not have posted this on one of the numerous other threads, that have been slagging him off?

Benrahma fails medical at West Ham.
Went through in the end.

Also what a fantastic gesture from the player, asked for a loyalty bonus to be split amongst the staff at Brentford

Another “loan”. £4m up front. So many players available this summer with very small up front fees. Makes it all the more annoying we didn’t manage to sign anyone.

Nice gesture on the loyalty bonus.

Nixon saying we are interested in Mohamed Simaken, any truth in that?

Sounds about right-identify a great prospect several months before the next window giving half a dozen clubsthe opportunity to close in

If we have not got £15m now then where do we find it in 2 months

Who does he play for? Sounds a bit too foreign for Dyche to be interested?

Nixon has got nothing right about us all window. Probably because nothing was ever happening, but still no credibility.

Most of the story is about Tarks.

John Lundstram being linked again https://www.skysports.com/football/news ... reak-down

Palace & Rangers both mentioned as well, would he want to move to London or Glasgow?

Considering the shite that was aimed at Hendrick on here about being greedy, be a bit hypocritical to sign a player running his contract down elsewhere

Think he'd rather play in the Premier League. Although if Palace want him, that's us beat.
