As I drove past earlier I couldnt help but notice a red and white scarf with "keep on marching" tied to the handrail and facing the road for all passers by to see.
Anyone any idea what that's all about?
I understand many a funeral cortege pass the turf, maybe it's just a message from/for one of those.

Either gang-related or its an indicator to dog-fighters that's there's a home with a dog nearby. Keep your doors locked people!

Yeah, could be the Bloods starting on foreign shores. There’s a lot of similarities between Los Angeles and Burnley.
