Looking through his other predictions you’d get a decent return on a coupon

Re: Lawro's predictions
It’s a few years ago but I went to pick my golden gamble winnings up before a mid week game at the office in the gym on the car park. “Lawro” swanned in, pushed in front of me and was handed an envelope.
He checked the envelope and there looked to be at least 6 tickets in it, I watched him walk out and hand them out to a few lads he was with.
Nice perk picking free games to watch.

Re: Lawro's predictions
It was not that big a perk. Every club make so many tickets available to other clubs. It is why when players turn up in with supporters it is so welcomed... they paid for their ticket.Burnleyareback2 wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 10:15 pmIt’s a few years ago but I went to pick my golden gamble winnings up before a mid week game at the office in the gym on the car park. “Lawro” swanned in, pushed in front of me and was handed an envelope.

Ian Wright was an exception when he insisted on paying my mate (optician) for his glasses... he said when he was a kid he dreamed of being able to spend on stuff... now he can afford to, everyone wants to give him stuff.

It’s funny is that. You see this huge celebrities just given stuff. Ferrari would pay say Ronaldo to take a car.elwaclaret wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 10:28 pmIt was not that big a perk. I’m into my old film cameras etc. Anyway one day Kylie Jenner (I think) went on to some US talk show with one. A really decent one but still relatively cheap. Next day the price increased 10 fold. Still holding that value I think.

Re: Lawro's predictions
Given how wrong he is every week, he probably chucks a proper "out on a limb" one out there to regain some ground.Spijed wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 9:12 pmThinks we'll beat Spurs!

Re: Lawro's predictions
All players get free tickets for families and mate, to be honest you only have to know someone at the club to pick up free tickets, usually crap seats mind

Lawro wasn’t playing for us that evening.elwaclaret wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 10:28 pmIt was not that big a perk. Every club make so many tickets available to other clubs. It is why when players turn up in with supporters it is so welcomed... they paid for their ticket.

Re: Lawro's predictions
His predictions are actually very good. I think there is a table in which he is usually in the top 200, out of the whole country. Impressive.tarkys_ears wrote: ↑Thu Oct 22, 2020 11:30 pmGiven how wrong he is every week, he probably chucks a proper "out on a limb" one out there to regain some ground.

Re: Lawro's predictions
Sure I read somewhere this week that it’s been about 7 years since he predicted a Liverpool defeat.

Re: Lawro's predictions
He often backs us, even past year he had us with more (predicted) points than we actually got. This week more than most, I hope he's right. If their front three click though it's going to be difficult.

Re: Lawro's predictions
The bookies have Spurs odds on which seems more realistic unfortunately.

Re: Lawro's predictions
Lawro is doing rather well so far- a lot better than I ever do on the Super 6 anyway.
He has 4 out of 5 correct results so far including 2 correct scores.
I hope it's a record week for him and all his other predictions (5 home wins) come to pass.
