Having built our shed last month. I have ordered two bird feeders. One which is hanging. One which is a wall attachment with the idea of and designed for adding mealworms.
We have a plethora of birds nesting in out tree. Sparrows, Robins and most pleasing. Goldfinches.
We have a bird bath at the bottom of the garden we took great delight in watching them bathe/drink during the summer by the shed.
Anyone have any tidbits of info on good mixes to fill them with for winter?
We're suburban so don't get squirrels usually. Spotted a squirrel staring at me from our garden fence the other day though so any tips on squirrel proofing would be good too. Little bugger already had a dig in our saplings the other day.
