Quiz: How many national dishes are you familiar with?

It's Friday so it must be time for a new quiz :) that's the good news, the bad news is this is a stinker, :roll: I got 3/15 so good luck.

Thirteen, I knew nine and even the other three weren't 'blind' guesses; as noted earlier, the pictures helped, besides which, I eat a lot.

As to curry choice, I have one festering as I type this: Pork in a Madras sauce, with coconut milk and lots of dried mango added; ready for a second cook at about 17:30, then just reheated at 21:00 and it should be about perfect.
