Is Lowton going for the record of backwards passes in one game?

Taylor overlap and then cross was excellent. Unlucky Jayrod. His movement is really giving them problems. He's looking very lively.

Lowton struggling. Ayew should never have been able to get a shot off there, even if Pope did make it look easy.

So far so good. Jayrod making a difference with his link up play. Would love to see a couple more goals for us in the second half.
Re: Match Thread - Burnley v Crystal Palace
Good opening 25 mins but then letting them back into the game
Need to see a bit more going forward from JBG not seen him play a forward pass yet

Good half just need another goal, what’s with Lowton falling over all the time, Bardsley must be unfit if he can’t get in.

Re: Match Thread - Burnley v Crystal Palace
Good 45 but I'd like a 2nd to calm the nerves, Jay has been fantastic, and linked up brilliantly with Wood for the goal, but they are still a threat so we can't relax just yet.

Absolutely, Jay Rod adding another dimension to our play. Unfortunately they could have had a couple too, so can see us conceding. their keeper looks dodgy on playing out from the back and could get caught.

Palace have some tricky players, I reckon the game might have a different scoreline if Saha had been playing.
Need to get another early on in the next half

I’m glad we didn’t dominate and go in 1 up. SD can get into them now.
Decent performance(s) but still improvement needed in areas.
No counting chickens these buggers have pinched games here before.
