Absolutely pathetic penalty.

No pressure and he puts it wide!

After watching an hour of Nat Phillips, in Liverpools defence, I can confidently predict he will replace Gomez in Southgates next England squad. He has his boots on the correct feet.

Liverpool have turned up like they don’t want to be there. Awful performance.

I thought VAR was just going to be used for clear and obvious errors? This analysing of every tiny detail is destroying the game for me.

Never a penalty. Wellbeing is never getting the ball there, he never has any control at all and only falls over well after the incident. Has Kevin Friend finally had a complete brain meltdown?

Anywhere else on the pitch and everyone is laughing g at Wellbeck and Dych is shouting at him for always being on the floor!!!! :D

Refs have definitely lost the plot. 2nd one this week and yet we can't get a pen when one of ours is lassoed, or brought down with a rugby tackle! "Not enough contact for me". Instead of the "There was contact, so it's a pen".

Take your Claret specs off lads. Welbeck toed the ball and Robertson kicked him. Pen all day.

Worst fans by a country mile, but they do play some good stuff. It does help of course when you spend £100 million, plus wages.

I'll be disappointed if we don't get anything next week at home to Everton. They looked woeful tonight.

I thought Carlo Ancelotti is meant to be a top manager?

I think they'll be thinking the same thing about us! :)

The only thing mildly exciting all season so far, is this potential takeover.

Football is boring me to death.

Difference is they are meant to have some top players. James Rodríguez looked like our players this afternoon, as though he couldn't be bothered playing.

Looking more and more like we're in a 4 way battle with West Brom, Fulham and Sheff United.

McBurnie: Rubbish. Brewster: Failing. Sharp: Finished. McGoldrick: Rubbish.

I’ve been waiting and waiting on Sheffield United because of Wilder but where the hell are their results coming from? I think they might actually be going down.

Sheff Utd now the only team without a win, they are in danger of being cast adrift if they don't put points on the board soon.

Big 3 points for Bilic, that might just have saved his job for now anyway.

We need to hope Leicester are back to their best on Monday, the last thing we need after today's mauling is Fulham picking up anything this week.

I know what you mean

Already a massive 5 points from potential safety with only 28 games to go

The worry for the Blades is the teams they've played, Leeds, Fulham, West Ham & West Brom and out of those 5 games they've garnered 1 point, and if Fulham could convert penalties they might not have even got a point.

Their other 5 games are excusable, Wolves, Villa, Arsenal, Liverpool & City, but if they can't notch up wins or even draws against their fellow strugglers, they're going to find it tough to climb off the foot of the table.

Not that we're hugely better, but at least we're picking up the odd result or two to keep ourselves in the mix.
