Barnes off for a gloveless Vydra... Reckon he's gonna score

Just cashed out at 5-0 just in the nick of time. Was hesitating betting on 6-0. Was hoping we’d improve and only let 3 or 4 in this time.

Benson, considering everything, is doing very well at times.
I agree, he's not afraid to be involved in play - which is a good sign

Benson has looked tidy and confident and was very close to a goal from the free kick. More than enough seen to know he’d be fine playing against the teams we have a chance against.

Admittedly I'm only listening on the radio, but it sounds utterly disgraceful. Yes, it's Man. City, but we play top teams pretty often. There's something about us when we play this team.

Inferiority complex doesn't come close to describing it.

 :x
Totally agree. It’s got into their heads now. How come we always - at least usually - give Liverpool a decent game?

Sometimes you look at the fixture list at the beginning of the season and wonder where you can get a run together.

Its £ucking depressing how we simply put in sh!tshow after sh!tshow against this lot. The game was effectively dead after 6 minutes.

OK, the score line is unkind, but the team effort and endeavour today has been much better in comparison to previous performances, we need to pick ourselves up and dust ourselves down and keep going. We only need to play City once a season at the Emptihad...

What a waste of a million pounds Stephan's is, blocking the path of Benson who has done better in this game than Stephan's has done all season.

Ive not seen most of the game but have any of our lads actually put in any kind of hard - but fair - challenge on any of the City players.
It's games like this where we do have to chase them down and rough them up. A minimum of five bookings required.
No we haven't!..........They've put in a few on us, not that Lee Mason has noticed.
Man City are a horrible, cheating bunch of bastards!

It’s just so annoying that we play the same tactics against them game after game and get hammered game after game.

Agree, but we know he'll be unlikely to get another start. Stephens, Benson and Cork all ahead of him when fit.

Charlie Taylor has been crap this afternoon. Easily done by Marez for the second and AWOL for two, if not three of the others.
He’s not been great but an on fire Mahrez would skin most defenders in the world in all fairness

Fortunately I haven't watched this.
But I don't need to to know that Sean Dyche hasn't a clue how to combat Man City, and it's not all about budgets, fine margins and the market.
