Refuse to turn up!

Convention is they would award a 3-0 win for City!

That's 2 goals off the goal difference right there.

I was thinking about his too. Not sure if it just applies in the football league. Perhaps we could say we can’t put a squad out. Taking a 3-0 defeat and resting a few would certainly be a better outcome for us nearly every time which is a bit pathetic. Most of us would realistically expect us to lose but to lose by the same scoreline with the same set up every time won’t help Dyche’s credentials with other potential employers.

I think Herts was suggesting we could only meet them in the cup because we wouldn’t be in the same division.

Based on the OP's logic, theory, maybe we shouldn't urn up for the home fixture this season.

I've been thinking about that all weekend and keep coming to the same conclusion - Dyche will go 442 and get over run in midfield.

Fly a plane over and drop laughing gas bombs on the pitch. Or board the goals up. These might even it up a bit. Only way seeing as we never get near their players.

Unwanted statistic.

City's win on Saturday means that they are the first league team in history to record eight home wins by at least a five goal margin against one opponent in all competitions.

Three teams have produced seven such wins :- Villa ( v Liverpool and Derby), Man U ( v Newcastle), and Lincoln ( v Barrow).

Remember when people said Dyche's teams would never get battered and would always be hard to beat?

I think they were trying to bash Coyle at the time?

What about the record for number of trophies won at another club's ground?

You get fined, a points deduction and then a new date when you are still required to play it.

Re-sign Charlie Austin, 1000 bricks, sand, cement and water. Problem solved. 0-0 draw gets us a point.

Maybe we could get closer than the usual 10 yds to the city player receiving the ball from his teammate, or better still close enough to the city player making the pass to be able to get a proper tackle in, instead of continually looking like we're running away from them. And when we do have the ball, give each other an option to pass to/have some movement instead of simply being too static, and learn to pass to feet, oh and go forward with the ball instead of backwards, the sort of things your taught at schoolboy level, do we get the picture, it was embarrassing.
